Returns and exchanges

These provisions apply subject to the provisions of the Regulations posted on this website.

In our online store, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the moment of its receipt. We would appreciate it if you would like to share with us the reason for the return/exchange. It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied. This does not apply to a product purchased from a person other than the Designer, including without the intermediation of this website.

 

What do you need to do?

 

If you want to return the purchased product, download the return form available here and fill in all the information we ask for.
If you want to exchange the purchased product, download the exchange form available here and fill in all the information we ask for.

 

Then, carefully pack the product and send the package to the address provided below:

Upon receipt of the parcel sent by you, we will refund your money or exchange the product for another one.

You can ask or confirm your return/exchange by sending us an email to e-sklep@cocho.pl. We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at +48 880 832 231.

 

Important!

 

We do not accept exchanges/returns without the attached proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) and a signed return/exchange form.
The product must not:
- be dirty (including traces of fluid, powder, lipstick, etc.)
- be damaged (stretches, tears, pulls from jewelry, with traces of pen or marker, etc.)
- bear ironing marks (shine-through)
The product must have original tags (attached and sewn).
We do not accept shipments "cash on delivery", "e-parcel" service, or parcel locker (the return shipment must be prepaid).
The product can be exchanged/returned within 14 days from the date of its delivery.
The cost of shipping is covered by the customer.
